Role: Content Writing, Visual Sourcing & Layout Design

Overview
This piece was developed to support IEWC’s expanded service offerings and communicate the value of its RFID Inventory Management solution to customers.

The goal was to clearly explain a complex service in a way that felt approachable, visual, and aligned with existing branded materials for other value-added services.

The Challenge
Explain RFID inventory management without overwhelming customers with technical language.

The material needed to:

  • Clearly explain how the service works

  • Highlight customer value and benefits

  • Align with existing service-focused collateral

  • Be suitable for both digital sharing and sales conversations

Clarity and consistency were critical.

My Role
I owned the piece from start to finish, including:

  • Writing all customer-facing content

  • Translating technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging

  • Sourcing and selecting supporting visuals

  • Designing the layout to match existing branded service materials

  • Ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and visual hierarchy

The Solution
I created a clean, one-page overview that walks customers through:

  • What RFID inventory management is

  • How the solution works

  • The key operational and cost-saving benefits

The layout balances explanatory copy with visuals, making the information easier to scan and understand while reinforcing brand consistency across IEWC’s service materials.
