Project Type: Final Class Project (Concept Experience)
Overview
Created a complete digital concept for Pat’s Coffee Shop including website UX, brand elements, social content, product mockups, and copy — all rooted in research and user engagement goals.
The Challenge
The client had clear business goals but lacked a unified digital experience and consistent brand assets to support:
Virtual concert sign-ups
E-commerce for new products
Social content that reflected the brand’s values and the Vietnamese coffee grower partnership
This project required holistic UX thinking — from user flows and interface design to branded content and messaging.
My Role
I developed the entire UI/UX concept and visual ecosystem based on provided research. This included:
Website page designs and layout mockups
Logo creation for the coffee grown in Vietnam
Social media post designs to support new offerings and virtual programming
Coffee flavor product mockups
Digital Coffee Club card design
E-commerce UX mockups showing how users would shop products
All landing page content writing for the website experience
This project combined design, content strategy, branding, and UX thinking into a seamless, user-centered concept.
The Solution
I created a cohesive experience rooted in user needs and business goals:
Structured homepage and product flows that welcomed users and supported conversion
Branded elements that highlighted the Vietnamese coffee grower partnership
Social assets aligned with campaign messaging to build excitement and community
Clear content hierarchy and user-friendly screens for browsing and buying coffee products
This reinforced Pat’s identity as a community hub while giving users easy, enjoyable digital touchpoints.
